This would make a cool con badge design, especially if you could make them 3D to simulate actual packaging. If the "box" and "plush" are separate pieces, the "plush" part could be mounted on a foam backer to give it depth, then slid into the "box" and glued at the bottom. A Mylar overlay might make it even more realistic, but the glare could make the "plush" hard to see. There's also the problem that the badge might get crushed by all the hugs. ;)
