It's important to remember wings are just an extra set of arms.
Same rules apply - shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand.
They just have long webbed fingers.
Exactly how wings fold in 3D space is the hard part and must be practiced.
I've included a quick suggestion to one way it could be drawn - but totally go and look up artists you like and see how they do it.
