I discovered how much Pudding seems to like Pizza with veg on it. She managed to demolish a slice by herself!

Apparently they aren't very common in captivity because they arent as "appealing" to people, since they are dull in comparison to most other parrots of this type. I can't beleive people don't know about these parrots cuz they're adroable and full of character and are so affectionate! I am pleased to find someone else has one :D!! Yey!!

Haha my parrot LOVES pizza. He always begs when I have it. Usually he gets a piece of the crust :)

She kept diving at it so I had to part with a slice lol :) So cute but probably not the best thing to encourage. I make a point of her eating from a seperate place to me tho so she doesnt learn to jump on plates etc :P

He's a Quaker. I don't like to encourage his begging either but I do like to eat near him, as eating is a highly social activity and it makes him feel bonded to us to eat with us :)

Glad things are going well, and good idea about having her eat someplace other than where you do. Growing up, a friend had a parrot that loved to walk through their speghetti all tht time.
