The oculis bagon is Pretty much a cursed bagon. able to control minds and cause hallucinations just by being near or looking at them. their flesh is poisonous to any creature that wishes to attempt to consume a dead one and they have no eyes so they have 8 "spirit" eyes surrounding them to help them see.
