Damn I love both the figure and attire of hers. Nicely done!

I'm going to say this version is better, with more dynamic posing and better lighting and shading, and much better proportioning of her head to her upper body and shoulders. Those thighs are still massive, maybe a tad too thick overall but it looks like you're going for an extreme on those. However, I think the fact they curve so much on the inside rather than being somewhat more straight on the inside between them like the first version makes them look a little strange. They're kinda too round and chunky looking even if they're stylized. Also much better shading to show the creases of the fabric and the curvy shapes!
