I imagine Iggy giving Alphys ideas on how to improve her seaweed-converting infinite ice cream machine. They should patent it and market it before some unscrupulous human steals the idea! Or Larry. I could totally see him trying to do that. But they'd stop him before he could go through with it, then fatten him up to monumental proportions with it as "punishment."

I bet they're watching '8 Man After' from the early '90s followed by the live-action rendish of 'Cutie Honey' (Iggy would probably wanna watch 'Zeiram', but he knows it might give Alphys PTSD because the main villain lo0ks like an Amalgamate), both of them lo0king for inspirado for upgrades to Mettaton's armor - which already resembles a cross between MegaMan, 8 Man, and the live-action version of Cutie Honey. Mettaton EX also kinda lo0ks like Rei Ginsei from 'Vampire Hunter D' (1985). Oh! Btw, the premise to 'The Eighth Man', '8 Man', and '8 Man After' goes something like this (and stop me if this sounds familiar): It's about a SCIENTIST who puts the SOUL/GHOST of a cop into a ROBOT BODY with hyper-advanced COMBAT FEATURES. Yes, it really is just as awesome as it sounds. Kinda like Robocop meets The Flash - only the original vintage anime series from the '60s predates Robocop by two decades!
