Appearance: ‘Staatpp has an appearance similar to that of an Abyssinian cat. Its fur is a golden brown with darker hues along the backs of its ear. It also has a darker stripe down its back and clear down its tail until the tip which is black. The underside of its long, narrow tail is a light creamish brown as is its belly and lower muzzle. The sclera of the Qwuedeviv’s eyes is black with red slits for pupils. Two dark sensors stick out from the back of its head—they are a bit thicker than most are.

As far as attire goes, it wears one of the standard outfits for Warrant Officers. Being of a higher rank, it is various shades of black with combat boots and a protective vest. It also has claw like weapons attached to its gloves and wears a simple white mask.

Personality: ‘Staatpp is a very difficult to read Qwuedeviv. It is impossible to judge by the Qwuedeviv’s tone as it keeps a very consistent, even attitude that does not give indication of its emotion. That is not to say it is boringly monotonous, but rather has a fairly friendly voice that does not often match its rather dark sentiments. ‘Staatpp is rather quiet unless asked for its advice or opinion; this leaves many a Qwuedeviv feeling self-conscious and silently judged. Less comfortingly, they are.

‘Staatpp is actually a very patient instructor although its mere size and appearance tend to frighten other Qwuedeviv. Many think that ‘Staatpp is quite the opposite of what it actually is. ‘Staatpp is by no means a friendly, chatty neighbor for sure, but as far as Qwuedeviv go, it’s not a terrible individual to be stuck near.

It certainly won’t abandon you although it may nudge you to try harder. It does have very high standards and will not settle for sub-par performance from any grade of kitten or unit. It is a respectful individual and loyal to the Qwuedeviv military.

Background: As is standard protocol, ‘Staatpp was once a commissioned invader assisting in the conquer and capture of planets. It has extensive knowledge in surviving harsh conditions with few resources. It also has a lot of knowledge as to what plants and creatures are dangerous and which are helpful. It currently teaches kittens how to discern between the two in classes at the Academy’s Military Field Training portion. From time to time it is commissioned to go assess troops stationed on other planets to assure they are maintaining proper fighting condition.

Random Facts:
There is no reason why ‘Staatpp needs a mask. It simply claims to wear it because it likes it.

‘Staatpp’s mask and tail ring are both souvenirs of its planetary travel.

Many kittens and units alike do not enjoy working with ‘Staatpp as it believes in learning through trial and error which makes for quite a few injuries.

‘Staatpp is notorious for not assisting Qwuedeviv who feel they are in danger or needing help. Rather it will stand by and observe as the Qwuedeviv tries to rescue itself. Many a Qwuedeviv hates this particular quality of the Warrant Officer, but really it is all part of its job to equip the soldiers for survival.

A lot of Qwuedeviv have trouble saying ‘Staatpp’s name and fear irritating it by the mispronunciation, thus calling it by name tends to be very awkward for them.
