She's a really neat character, and cute to boot (then again, I haven't found a character of yours that isn't).
Though, I gotta say what really makes me like her is her style. While I don't really know much about her personality, the way that she's depicted here actually speaks volumes about her. And her dress style fits the description even more, it's like describing a character without using words and the vibes I'm getting from her are amazing!
