Inconsistency for flashbacks, hurray.
The middle two panels had to be redrawn from scratch to fit Mouthwash's current look than his past one. It'll be the last time there's such a dramatic character redesign to make the Howlers more distinct from one another. Funnily enough, i originally finished this one on my birthday...
