Bamboo. To be honest I really hate the thing (and Wacom in general). It takes about 2 days to get it fully functional and work out all it's apparently standardized driver bugs and conflicts. You can pretty much expect it to stop working in some way every few days, and to get any semblance of tech support you have to have a professional device which are WAY overpriced as per their monopoly on this sector.
I'm a huge believer, in the end, of learning to draw with a pencil. If you can't draw with a pencil, then you aren't a *certified artist*, lol.

True true. If technical stuff gets in the way of creativity then it is just a hindrance and not worth it. Especially if the learning curve is so high. I can totally understand if it has its beneftis and options and stuff and, once mastered, Im sure It can be a great tool, but for now its prolly not that great.
I totally agree with you with the pencil thing. It goes the same way for me.
If you are a professional composer like myself, you have to pick up a pencil and write otherwise you aren't a "Certified artist" =^^=
