When PokemonGo came out, Custard chose Team Valor right away. It suited him; he was strong, serious and driven. He urged his husband Oakley to select team red as soon as the option opened up, but the panda would end up picking something more suitable to his own nature, Team Instinct. Besides, as he said, "Spark seemed like a really swole bro."*

And yet they play together, Custard conquering gyms with his fearsome Dugtrio named LOLDildoes (real mature Custard), and Oakley busy catching things and then tapping on them over and over to hear their cry. Coz' they each do them, yo.


I totally missed the opportunity to draw Oakley cosplaying as Professor Oak. Phooey.

*Oakley uses the word "swole" the way Smurfs say "smurf".. no one can tell if he's actually serious about it or not, but given that there's very little about himself that Oakley takes seriously...
