I can't remember much about this character...
If I recall, he's some kind of a boss monster, made of blue goo with a glowing blue core.
I think he can absorb other monsters into his goop and then merge them into his core to make himself bigger and stronger?
He was in a dream I had, and I just had to draw him. I'm *really* happy with how the goo effects came out in this - with the lit bubbles and all~
