I have about 7lbs of hand picked blue berries. My in-laws have the most productive trees.
I know Jam is an option, I started on it... And feel asleep while boiling a large pot down \X^X/~
NOT GOOD.
But give me more things things to do with these, pregnant friendly thing to do with these
Perhaps a few options that does not involve fire...

Option 1: Raw fresh berry jam
Blend a cup of fresh blueberries with lemon juice and sugar or honey to taste. It's been a long time since I measured it and I can't find my old notes, but I think it is something like 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of sugar or honey with the 1 cup berries. Chill until served.
Goes great on cornbread, biscuits, etc. as a less sweet alternative to regular jam/jellies. Also, adding a little bit to lemonade gives you a nice berry lemonade.
Option 2: Blueberry Cobbler
Ingredients -
4 tbsp butter
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 cup milk
3 cups fruit
Additional 1 tbsp sugar
1 - Preheat over to 350 degrees
2 - Put butter in 8" square or 9" round pan and set in oven till butter melts.
3 - Whisk flour, sugar (1/2c white and 1/4c brown), baking powder, and salt in bowl. Add milk then whisk to form smooth batter.
4 - Pour batter into pan with melted butter.
5 - Sprinkle fruit over top and then the remaining tbsp of sugar over top of fruit.
6 - Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes. (Batter should be golden brown with fruit bubbling.)
Might not be exactly healthy, but it sure is yummy. Especially good warm with ice cream on top. *giggles*

Well, you can try wuff's "super easy to make" Blueberry Summer Pie, found here: http://www.furaffinity.net/view/14169122/ No real cooking required!
Also, a blueberry Jus for pork or game (venison) is fabulous!!
Of course, there's Blueberry parfaits or shortcakes, like strawberry shortcake, but with blueberries instead.
And one of wuffy's favorites: Blueberry Turnovers.
With a scoop of Blueberry Ice cream (or gelato, or sorbet) on the side!
And there's blueberry and cream Popsicles.
And a simple but very tasty treat, fresh blueberries with a dash of sugar in a bowl of cream.
Wuff SO loves fresh blueberries!
