Some concept arts for some ideas I had with a few of my characters. Firstly, Axel's shirtless phase is a separate "mode" as he likes to call it. He dons this get-up when he is prepared to do a heroic deed. He claims that, in this mode, his physical abilities are greatly enhanced, including his appetite. He goes into anyplace to change to his Hero Mode, whether it be a restroom, phone booth, or trash can.

Next is Hearth. I got the motivation to give her a hairstyle because she looks quite similar to how I've drawn Radarn's Eris, also a Houndoom girl. I have four hairstyles lined up that I'll have to look over numerous times before I make the decision on what she'll have, but you guys can express your opinions as well.

Lastly, Purna's got a slight change: She now has a lovely golden loincloth rather than the skirt she has previously worn. Now we get to see more panther leg and butt! She will also now have a short blade as a weapon rather than a spear.
