Layers include Lineart, highlights, shading, base colour and the background! The only variant between linearts is added eyelashes.
PSD only - Won't be making ms paint friendly versions- sorry guys D: , but you can download photoshop CS2 for free here! (This is the one I use myself and downloaded it from here too!) : http://www.techspot.com/downloads/3.....oshop-cs2.html
If you want to use this as an icon, you will need to resize once your finished - after the image has been resized I would recommend the filter option > Sharpen > sharpen , this makes the icon a little less fuzzy after resizing ^^
