I'd make Mr. Big Jabba Hut and have Nick frozen in a popsicle on the wall for decoration and make Judy be in Princess Leia's slave outfit. Would be funny. =w=

Yes, Mr. Big would be a fit for that, but I didn't have a Yoda figure and I thought that would be the more noticeable absence. Unfortunately, even expanding to Disney's other movies, I don't really have a replacement... wait, the leader of the weasels in The Wind in the Willows/Who Framed Roger Rabbit, maybe?
