No Actually you don't want to eat it. if you don't know what it is it's a city bird called a pigeon . I think it's a rock pigeon or you till me what it is.

Hey I’m glad to see some else that’s passionate as I am about birds and animals. Also I’m happy to see that you enjoyed my picture.
I saw how pretty the little guy was and wanted to capture that moment. They are as you said very adapted. This little fellow figured out the best way to stand the harsh Chicago winters was by hunkering under a heat lamp that’s in all The CTA Train stations.
