Kaikara confronts Tyrii about her seemingly lazy work ethic. These two characters never get along, on account of having completely opposite personalities when it comes to work.

Kaikara is a detail-focused individual, usually seeing a forest for its trees. This takes a lot of time and sometimes she can't easily see the bigger picture.
Tyrii is the opposite, usually seeing a forest for a forest. She works quickly, but occasionally fails to take into account individual parts of a situation.

This conflict is (usually) rectified by their sparse meetings. Kaikara works in a lab with high prestige, Tyrii is only called there a few times out of the year to perform updates on the lab's robotic systems.
