I've had Nia forever and I am just now designing her. sorry bb ;___;
She is basically a mermaid (based on a Kyrii) who lives in a tropical climate with water that matches her hair! But also she is magic and can travel to other bodies of water by making a bubble portal. She can breathe underwater with her gills (on her neck) but can also breathe air with her nose.
Also trying out this new "fast style". I think I like it!
