Also called a star reaper, this particular spacial anomaly only emerges when a star is dying. The reaper will envelope a star and keep it safe while it burns out. Eventually transferring the explosive energy into itself so the star's orbiting planets are not dislodged. This results in ghost systems, or lifeless planets orbiting an empty space.
