Finally, I'm finished! I've been working on him for WEEKS, and let me tell you, it was an actual PAIN for me to get him fixed. There was so much rigging issues with him after I re-rigged him. Everytime I move a bone in the TransformView of PMX Editor, some of the vertices didn't move, which got on my nerves. I'm glad that I don't have any more rigging issues to deal with.
