Gosh, it's been over a year since I saw it on tumblr somewhere. Originally I wanted to put that as an inspiration, but finding something from over a year ago in your tumblr likes is a real pain in the butt. And darn, they ended up looking so similar. Even the tongue thing. I did that because I looked up goat references, and they don't have upper teeth in the front. Wasn't sure if that would look right so I decided to hide it with a tongue... I wonder if I still had that in my subconscious. It makes me feel like a dick for how similar they are looking. This sucks, I'm actually disappointed in myself now :l

Yeah honestly i thought it's a total copy. Because so many points are same/similar.

I actually went through the effort to go through my tumblr likes to find it again. I liked it 2 years ago, but it says the account of the post is deactivated. That picture stuck with me, I didn't remember all the details, but nose ring. Kinda got a thing for nose rings, and the image of one with a rope pulling on it stuck in my mind <_<
I don't know if you have seen it, but I made this for the YCH http://www.furaffinity.net/view/20937090/ I basically just thought of two things I enjoy a lot, a nose ring on a rope and a collar with a nice big buckle. I could explain to you all the choices I made for color, poses and everything else. But I'm not even sure if it's a copy or not now. Gosh, I still can't believe how similar they look.

And yeah, Cubi makes some beautiful art. Have been following 'em for a while, but had no idea that drawing was hiding in that gallery as well! o:
