Personality: Pretty careless when it comes to personal safety, or property damage. He tends to be emotionally sound of mind- at least in person-to-person interaction. However, he is prone to breaks if he cannot release pent up stress. He loves to help others- so long as he can do it in his own, personal way. It's been reported he comes off as very intelligent and rather wise...when not on missions. Much to the chagrin of his associates.

Specializations: Bladed weapons, Ignition Weapons. Proficient in hand-to-hand, as well as Mid-range combat. Good in high-speed combat. Only good with Certain fire arms: Magnum Handcannons, and Gattling Guns. Do not allow him to use any other guns.

Arsenal: 'Sutr' A specialized Heat Blade of his own design. Ignition based arm augments. Each outfitted with Plasma Burst sheilding and output, Molecular De-stabilizer shotgun armaments in the knuckles, and dual plasma blades, as well as elbow blades. One "Tao" engine on his back, allows for breif flight or hovering, as well as forward thrust. [not for reccomended use.] Legs have foot blades. Body outfitted with subdermal plating. Eyes have night and thermal vision.

Background: Once a cop for a town on the outskirts, he was discharged for using reckless means to stop a certain threat that was removed from most records. Said threat resulted in the loss of his original arms. After taking on another Threat, his augmented arms were destroyed and he suffered multiple scars due to the battle at [redacted] city. Due to his victory, he was allowed to become an enforcer under the law.
