Take it as a learning experience. Next time you do something like this, just make it more, well, 'directional'. Since the muzzle blast is flame and gas escaping after being corked up in a tube, it tends to expand more linear.

Wonderful job! It perfectly captures the feelings that a muscle-bound werewolf would have as he witnesses (and tries to shoot at) a miniature nuclear explosion. Perhaps an Abstract work showing how humans have become violent (a la the gun) monsters due to the destructive potential of the Atomic Age.
