Fuggin' a! The guy who does the english voice of Lord Raptor from Darkstalkers cartoon fame. This man's name...is Scott McNeil. I met him at a big convention in Florida, and he was the coolest, most patient with fanboys-kinda guy that I have ever met. True story. I hope he doesn't mind that I posted this here, you know it's going down if he don't like it, so in the meantime...As you have already guessed by the chibi to the right bottom corner he also did the voice for Duo Maxwell from Gundam Wing. Aside from that he did the voices of DinoBot, Waspinator, RatTrap and SilverBolt from BeastWars; he did Koga from the english dubs of Inu Yasha, and he played the original Piccolo from Dragon Ball Z (which he's not too proud of, by the way). There are other voices that he has done, I suggest you look them up.
