They're a small company that specailizes in print. Please don't make a huge deal of it. I think the problem lies in me realizing the book was listed as free, disabling it, and having it still listed as free. I figured I'd let people take advantage of the fact that it was untill the changes hit. Apparently it is disabled just not showing as such. But again they are a VERY small company that are inundated with requests during convention season.
