It was... sort of both? XD I actually wasn't feeling as bad as this picture shows, but it's definitely based on my thoughts.
I've been dealing with this stuff for years now, and I've been getting help, so don't worry. :3 But yeah, there are times where it bothers me enough that I just need to... complain through art, I guess. %D
