Aza done in the Zootopia style. She's wearing the outfit that Mayor Lionheart's guards are as I could imagine after the incident with all the Timberwolves the Mayor probably hired some non Timberwolf guards as to prevent howling related distractions (through some of them still howl and as her expression shows, she does get a bit annoyed).
