Water laden fur sinks. I think that's one of the reasons Anthrocon has stayed in the David Laurence (which is right on a river) for so long. Good thing Mizutsune are leviathans. Jeto just had to scrub the entire con floor afterward.
So if you can't tell from these I was sorta bingeing on anime dubs while drawing these. On the plus side it seems doing so gets my flow going well, but on the minus I seem to go a bit overboard... These were supposed to be sketches but instead I sorta did full lines... Hence a bit of copy paste between panels....
