Thanks!! Heh, actually, how to integrate tails into Victorian fashion is something I struggle with in 'Bone Shard'---ultimately, you couldn't really, but I can make it look right anyway most of the time. ;)

Let’s face it—a lot of fashion would require significant redesign to fit tails. Still, you do a fairly good job. The only additional change I might suggest to an outfit like this might be to design the backs of the skirts with an overlapping edge curving down from the waistline. I dunno the technical seamster terms.

Actually, the real skirt has a center back seam, with the fullness pleated into the waistband. It would be trivial to add room for a tail.

I think I’ve seen some of the photos; to judge from them I’d say you did a sterling job.

That’s a different solution that I had visualized, but I take it as read that it’s just as practical if not more so. (After all, you’re the expert!) To be honest, I like seeing or hearing about different solutions—one of the challenges of world-building is avoiding getting stuck in one way of doing things.
