Lupeca (Loo-peh-ka), third son of Emperor Darios of Daeska, often referred to in both spoken word and lore as "The Eclipsed Son." Born well after Aica's death, and blighted with the Dusker curse of blue eyes and a mortal life, Lupeca was always overshadowed by the actions of Aica the Martyr, and his living, elder brother, Soarra's position as the beloved "Blazing Son." Though Darios has never held anything but contempt for his third and final son, after Soarra's betrayal, Lupeca is still given the captain of his father's army, though not a seat on the vacated throne. Furious at the circumstances he can not change, Lupeca launches the most recent war between the mortals and Duskers in the attempt of getting a chance to kill Soarra, now a member of Delphi's Vanguard of the Dawn.

Despite feeling as though Taskam is a cruel god for the curse he's inflicted upon Lupeca, the Eclipsed Son still dutifully wears the feather token every loyal Dusker bears.
