Guess I'll stop. Motherfucking Photoshop hang up when i was finishing this. It just locked on that screen, anything i try to do gives ' bling-error' sound shit. And no, I don't have a backup, since this *was* intended to be fast. >___<

As if everything wasn't enough...*sigh*

that really sucks, but hey, from i can tell, you were doing a pretty good job, and this screen shot serves as a sort of monument to that.

and i've had similar things happen in word, only it crashes down and my comp auto restarts >.<

Hm, yeah. I guess that'll happen when your fan is clogged with more sand, dirt, dust and debris than you want to imagine.

I've seen so many PCs die from my mom not cleaning out CPU and case fans. She has had 3 computers in 2 years.

I clean mine daily/weekly using Dust Off! brand canned "air", but the Iraqi weather doesn't really care much for modern electronic devices, lol. I too have seen many a PC (and even Mac) go bad from mis use and lack of care.

Yes, my iMac G5 (Original revision) has extremely loud fans, but I think its trying to compensate for the built up dust I'm having a hard time clearing. Guess its time for 175PSi of air pressure from my air compressor to push it out of the little slot on the top.

Hopefully Windows 7 will perform as promised, or close to it. I'm a Mac and PC user, and its sad that Vista lost to Apple for stability.

I got the same problem under Vista - still freezes. CS2 was more stable on Linux using WINE

Try CS4 or Windows XP/Seven, maybe issue'll stop:).

Anywhere Photoshop runs, Photoshop will freeze. That is fact. I've had it happen to me loads, Windows and OSX.

I know how that's like. It's hard to remind yourself to save cause you're so into it. Then when something happens, you're screwed.

Is that WindowsBlinds? I had to uninstall that cause it decreased the performance of my XP system dramatically.

Yea, windowblinds. Didn't affect me at all, and i'm also using a Vista-ish sidebar and an upper application bar. XD
Using all these, along with Messenger, torrent, firefox, photoshop...oddly, my processor is a piece 'o crap. @_@
