A long time ago, I drew Mettaton EX from Undertale pregnant. It looked pretty good at the time, but it's aged poorly. Now, roughly 6 months later, I drew him pregnant again. This time, it looks way better. His face is thinner, and less cartoonish, his belly is much more proportionate to his body, and his belt is now more like a maternity band. He's pregnant, but he's still clearly a beautiful android.
