i already made a rowlet technically, but i needed to make a bigger one to match the other two
i first wanted ALL the starters i made to be about the same size, but then i made some mistakes with popplio and i didn't realize until it was too late that he was a good size bigger than squirtle and the other two XD but i went with it anyway, they still came out fine
