Well you'd have to look into it so see if it's even street legal here, a lot of foreign cars aren't even allowed for sale, half the time that's why we don't see them here (for example no Nissan skylines here except the most recent generation GTR. Some people have them but can end up having it taken away if ever stopped by the cops). But yeah if it's allowed and you can afford to ship it over here I'd say go for it. You'd probably fetch a pretty penny for it. That's one cool car, and in good shape too. I know I sure would be happy to drive one
Here in germany weve dome specual rules for cars that are older than 30 years.
U get a licence and drive it streetlegal as long as it passes all savety checks by the TÜV
Its 31 years old and nearly original just some *tuning* party from back then are in it like the suspension, the rubber spouler, stearinh wheel and belts

Oh that's true here too, I forgot all about that. Foreign cars that were once not allowed on US roads can legally be registered once they're over a certain age (30 years I believe). Hah, and I'd love to take that thing for a ride. I have always wanted to drive in Germany as well, I am very impressed by the road system there. So instead I've just spent the past 12 years pretending I was on my own autobahn lol ; ).
Unfortunately I doubt I will be at EF any time soon. I've never been to Europe, and as much as I want to visit I doubt I will be able to afford a trip like that in the near future.
