One of the daughters of Admiral de FLuerr of Chroma, Justine balked at the idea of joining a military academy like her siblings and the rest of family, and took to studying aboard, landing in a University in Lansalia. While there she took some hgistory courses to try and please her mother, though found she had love of the culinary arts.
A rather proud and boisterous woman, Justine earned a repuation on campus as a shameless flirt, though through chance she ended up defending a rather shy but somewhat cheerful Angelic ferret. The two started talking and next thing Nyx knew the two were ona date.
