I watch a lot of transformation art and i'm thinking that it's actualy a big danger to transform! So i creat this small... whatever it is for all people who want to transform without problem.

No i'm just jocking. We only take evil scientist who want to transform people without license and furries with infaction of class 3 (werewolf for exemple).
