What is a Luminari?

The luminari are a species made by Lunarkeys. They have cute tails, and that's pretty much all I know of them~

Howdy! I'm Keys, I made the luminari.

I invented the luminari about a decade ago as an amalgamation of all my favorite animal features in one critter; fins, flippers, and tails. This creation resulted! I made them crafty, overly-curious creatures fascinated by the world around them, and scarcely above underhanded ways to obtain unique tidbits from other civilizations. Knowledge is prized above coin and possession; so frequently, the most successful luminari tend to be those that are best-connected and most charismatic in their particular field!

Luminari come in green, blue, and gray colors (and quite rarely, purple), and tend to be tall - the average is around seven feet - though those that live close to (or within) the ocean tend to be on the larger side, while those few that live further inland are much shorter (Keys is only five and a half feet, for example).

They're fun critters! I've been super fortunate that others have enjoyed them.
