It's nuka and scar! I love nuka and the rest of the wasteland lions excluding zera. Nuka and Vitani are my favorites. And scar = <3
anyway, this was before scar and his followers were banished to the wastelands. Scar is showing nuka the great kings of the past because it has become a lion tradition by now. But I always imagined scar no liking Nuka much and seeing him as a whiny brat. But Nuka seems very interested in his heritage here.
This was really fun to draw, but it's very old. I wish I still had the lineart so I could recolor it. But alas, I don't.

I actually, did this one in photoshop. It's really old and I was still trying to figure out shading and linework. So that's why it looks so messy.
