The alternate and, unfortunately for Ori-sein, far less likely ending to Ori & The Blind Forest.
If Ori-sein can prove himself smart, brave, strong, agile, quick-thinking, and nimble enough, he might manage to restore the Elements of Light and end the destructive war that has brought his kind, Kuro's, and all of Nibel as a whole to the edge of extinction.
And thus, our hero shall enjoy a new future free of war, pain, and spikes!

Pfffffft. Who am I kidding? This is Ori-sein we're talking about. Super cute but also super frail and ultra-wussy critter extraordinaire, with survival skills so rock bottom he can't even make it past the freakin' prologue without pushing up daisies (literally so, given Light Spirits let out a flower that eventually grow into an Ancestral Tree upon death).
We all know that the actual ending to his story was for him to trip over his own feet and then impale himself on a Set Of Inconveniently Placed Bramble Spikes. In 300 timelines in a row. And then to get himself grabbed by Kuro's Shadow Owl minions who proceeded to shake him like angry mafia goons 'til he cried uncle. For 100 more timelines in a row.
