there was tons of self made suits this year and it's the differences of them all that makes the whole experience so memorable and fun ^_^

Of course but i feel like the od one out... lol i kinda mess the old days of the creepy suits/older guys who would fur suit lol back in the day was was 50 year olds with homemade siuts rather for better or for worse its not liek that anymoire...granted i going to end up being the onely 30 year old at anthro con lol but i could be wrong lol=---and im slighty vishuly inpared so it makes it worse lol

Na, there's lots of furs in that age bracket, I'm 36 but in suit age means nothing if your having fun ^_^

I know! I was in the AC Fursuit Parade for the first time this year. I remember being overheated, having severe pain in my right side, and feeling crazy after four hours or so in suit. Then, as I waved to all the people in the parade, a small child extended his arms upward to me and smiled. I hugged him and I remembered exactly what I did this all for. I felt like the whole day was so worth it!
Long story short, the parades are always awesome to be in, and the admiration is such a unique experience that nothing could replace it.

exactly. right as you think your going to pass out that small hand reaches toward you and your instantly rejuvenated and want to do the whole thing over again.

And the level of anonymity fursuits provide. I'm extremely introverted and basically force myself to walk around at cons but the second I put on my partial suit I'm out and about like everyone else because only a small handful of people know it's me.
