Commentary:
Here we have two new characters. One of them mentioned by someone in the previous chapter. There's also a hint of a 3rd police character, but I decided to introduce only these two for now to keep it simple.
Uniforms are tricky to keep consistent. I ended up having to edit a panel multiple times due to forgetting a part of the uniform.
Sounds like they need help from another person with a power. Who you gonna call?
