So, this is the Sister of Arcadius, Arcadia Celestis and she too got a Redesign, which I´m really really happy with.
As should be almost obvious, she is a Hybrid too and maybe it even is kinda obvious which ones xD
And yes, she is quite fluffy and the fluffy things coming down from her head she can just leave hanging or control, sometimes she does one, sometimes the other.
The markings on her thighs are the symbols from the Elemental Warriors for Ice and Light, which are her primary elements.
She is also quite a friendly individual and likes to help others as well as just having fun with her friends.
