There are different reasons about why creatures like vore. Some like the dominance aspect of it, others like Satisfaction of keeping someone inside.
For Bern and Vanessa, instead, the vore is a way to show affection and to strengthen the bond with the other creatures. It’s a feeling that is hard to explain, as it involves a deep relationship about the prey and the predator. The trust that both creatures have to show to each others during such events is beyond what a friendship can determine, as in most of the vore scenarios, the partner end into the most dangerous place he can be.
Knowing how deep that feeling is for them, It’s not rare to see that they vore each others. Being able to keep their beloved on such intimate way is a thing they will always love to do, and even when one of them is inside the other belly, they will always find a way to stay in contact.

VoreLord several months ago while he held his annual iron artist. With this picture, I tried to show a situation where my character shared a vore scenario between each others. As they mates, their bond will make them keep a connection even when the vore has happened. It’s quite important to point that they both only do safe vore, so there is no risk for the partner.

That's true. It indeed require a great cooperation between the prey and predator in order to experience it in a safe way.
Thinking about it, I guess that most of the users just ignore about this "issue" or just straight state that their stomachs are actually incredibly resistant to claws/weapons. Which looks incredibly silly if this happens in an unwilling scenario.
