Yeah he has no name yet, he's an old character of mine who I finally got done by  akudrache a few weeks ago. This is an earlier image of him where as a few of the later images that will come are a little more to how I imagine him currently.

He's a living liquid metal, I'm thinking in the same vein as Garrus but both can choose to be more rubbery if they so wish, just Garrus prefers the latter but this aggressive little guy (he's actually like 6ft 8" or something) prefers being metallic.

He too is also a symbiote, how he came to be I'm not sure yet exactly but I'm thinking maybe it had something to do with Garrus being involved.
