a quick WIP ( actually a finished lineart but I'll still post it as a WIP as I plan to color it. ) of my sharkgurl Anya Sevchenko, she's doing a little happy dance after getting a telegram from the Pan-Russo Imperium's Naval Office that she will be serving aboard their premier research vessel alongside her fiance' Artyom ( the sub's medical officer. )

Little does she realize that the premier naval vessel is as much a rusting hulk as the rest of the Imperium's nuclear submarine fleet, but that won't bother her too much. She's just happy to be far and away from the violence gripping the mainland and getting to share berthings with likeminded pacifists in a world gripped in terror and violence.
