Insanely strong, but also very *very* grumpy and with an ego (and weight >w>) the size of Olympus Mons, she's a force to be reckoned with, albeit one with a heart of gold in that enormous chest BP
Her cheeks are so bloated she can't make any face besides a series of cute scowls no matter what, and she has Twilly's powers of self petrification, Li's strength and regeneration, and Noir's amorphous abilities and black magic B3
