Submitting it because I've been getting alot of people asking about how i'm coloring lately >.>
Basically, just do it in greyscale, make a new layer above it all and set it to 'color'. Then go crazy with colorz (though i mostly pick a BG color and it's opposite one fro the rest, maybe an extra complimentary color too.)

And the brushwork is a mix of the airbrush and chalk brushes, with some extra dynamics.
