Takuya is shrunken down while sealed, but grows to his full size(shown here) when released. He's still kind of small though...

Oh I'm sure I know a few people who are small enough XD
plus, he could potentially alter the shape of his body to accommodate for things. He only appears as he does in his current form because he wants to look that way. He could be any size he chooses.
