This is Kennedy the fox girl with a hoodie and semi auto shotgun. This randomly drawn request art is the OC of fox_vault111 (on Instagram). I drew her based off of their description. I also used the white belly fur pattern that descends to the inner thigh to match her outfit style that is like a few cartoon animal people who wear mostly just a shirt, like Donald Duck. It's also a fasion sense that's common among Sonic characters like Sally Acorn.
